PPM and TestMart Sign Exclusive Government Services Partnership
Partnership helps government users, military personnel, and federal contractors save taxpayer money when buying technical equipment
SAN BRUNO, CA and CLEVELAND, OH, May 4, 2006 — PPM Inc. , designer and manufacturer of rugged, precision electronic instruments announced today a new partnership agreement with TestMart, Inc., the leading marketplace operator and service provider for the IT, network maintenance and test and measurement industry. TestMart will provide a product catalog and government marketplace services to better serve and expand PPM’s federal customer channel.
The agreement authorizes TestMart to present PPM micro ohmmeters, gigohm meters and ground resistance ohmmeters, Kelvin probes and test leads, voltmeters, electronic loads, DC power supplies, signal generators, and necessary certificates to the U.S. government and military markets. PPM provides rugged, precision electronic instruments for use in field, laboratory and manufacturing/production test.
“This new agreement with PPM will allow TestMart to continue to offer federal employees the quality they have come to expect from us,” said Peter Ostrow, President and CEO of TestMart. “Government and Military members interested in PPM and precision electronic instruments now have an easy way to search and procure the highest quality items that are compliant with the federal Competition in Contracting Act (CICA).”

PPM products are under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) managed by TestMart, who will provide content, transaction, marketing, sales support and reporting services around them. TestMart also will provide presentation and order processing though the GSA’s e-commerce web site, www.gsaadvantage.gov and the company’s own online marketplace www.usa.testmart.com.
