Phenix Technologies and TestMart Sign Exclusive Government Services Partnership
Partnership helps government users, military personnel, and federal contractors save taxpayer money when buying technical equipment
SAN BRUNO, CA and ACCIDENT, MD, MARCH 26, 2007 — Phenix Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high-voltage, high-current, and high-power test systems and components, announced today a new exclusive partnership agreement with TestMart, the leading marketplace operator and service provider for the IT, network maintenance, and test and measurement industries.
The agreement authorizes TestMart to present a full catalog of transformer test equipment, circuit breaker test equipment, battery test equipment, ACDC hipots megohmmeters, AC-DC kilovolmeters, insulation analyzers, AC dielectric test equipment, and heat cycling test sets to government agency and prime contractor buyers.

TestMart also will provide presentation and order processing though the GSA's e-commerce web site, www.gsaadvantage.gov, and the company's own online marketplace, www.testmart.com.
