Cunningham will participate in the company’s government-focused IT and computer sales growth
SAN BRUNO, CA and HERNDON, VA, FEBRUARY 6, 2008 — Technical Communities, a leading service provider for technical organizations that sell to U.S. government agencies, military organizations, and prime federal contractors, announced today that Jeremiah Cunningham will join the company as a Vice President-Business Development.
Cunningham, who will be based in Technical Communities’ Washington, D.C. regional office in Herndon, VA, comes to Technical Communities from CDW-G, where he was the Director of Strategic Sales.
As a Vice President-Business Development, Cunningham will assume responsibility for a strategic approach to the company’s continued business expansion of GSA distribution of IT products and services. He will be directly responsible for the establishment of agreements between Technical Communities and manufacturers as well as ongoing sales strategy.

At CDW-G, Cunningham led a sales organization in three locations focused on selling to the Federal market through Systems Integrators such as Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, SAIC, L-3 and small, disadvantaged businesses. Prior to CDW-G, Cunningham was the Director of North American Sales for Convera. There he successfully introduced new technology to win accounts such as the NBA. At INPUT where Cunningham was the Vice President-Sales, he increased sales to the point that the company became the most recognized research and consulting company in the federal market. Cunningham also held several sales and sales management positions within the IT industry including LANIER Worldwide.
