Acme Portable Machines, Inc. and Technical Communities Sign Exclusive Government Services Partnership

Partnership helps government users, military personnel, and federal contractors save taxpayer money when buying test equipment

SAN BRUNO, CA and LOS ANGELES, CA, April 3, 2006 — ACME Portable Machines, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of integrated portable computers announced today a new partnership agreement with Technical Communities, Inc. Technical Communities, the leading marketplace operator and service provider for the IT, network maintenance and test and measurement industry will provide a full product catalog and government marketplace services to better serve and expand ACME’s federal customer channel.

The agreement authorizes Technical Communities to present a catalog of ACME’s rugged computers and workstations, portable laptops (lunchbox portables), hardy keyboards, rackmount computers and keyboards, and flat panel displays to be made available specifically to the U.S. government and military markets. ACME portable computers perform above average portables in applications such as data acquisition and LAN/WAN telecommunication signal analysis. The computers are used in manufacturing, medical diagnostic and aerospace applications.

ACME products are under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) managed by Technical Communities, who will provide content, transaction, marketing, sales support and reporting services around them. Technical Communities also will provide presentation and order processing though the GSA’s e-commerce website, www.gsaadvantage.gov and the company’s marketplacewww.usa.testmart.com.
