Technical Communities and ABP International Sign Government Channel Partnership

Agreement will offer greater access to Altai Super WiFi NGN, CyberData IP Paging Systems, ITS Telecom IP Access & Gateway Products, and snom VoIP & DECT Phones

SAN BRUNO, CA and DALLAS, TX, JULY 7, 2009 —Technical Communities, Inc., the company technical organizations who sell to the government rely on for proven go-to-market solutions to grow sales, lower costs and reduce risks, announced today a new government channel partnership agreement with ABP International, Inc. the leading specialty distributor for high-end technology products in IP Communications and Solutions.

The agreement authorizes Technical Communities to provide U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule management for ABP channel partners, including Altai Technologies, CyberData Corporation, ITS Telecom, and snom technology AG. GSA buyers can now easily incorporate:

  •   Altai’s carrier grade A8 Super WiFi cellular architecture for next generation network (WiFi NGN) and the A3 Smart WiFi, gigabit 802.11n multi-radio WiFi product with built-in controller for deployment in both indoor and outdoor environments. Users and operators can couple Altai’s controllers with low cost access points to expand the aggregate network capacity and integrate flat panel antennas or external antenna for long range transmission.
  •   CyberData’s USA manufactured overhead paging and public address products and industrial grade IP phones. All products are designed for high level reliability, safety, and for ease of installation and interoperability with existing or greenfield applications.
  •   ITS Telecom products to provide ingress/egress security with a full line of VoIP Access Control Systems for IP environments, with connectivity to SIP IP PBXs and SIP phones. ITS also offers a line of Gateways for Analog to GSM, ISDN-BRI/PRI to GSM and Cellular to VoIP, among other solutions.
  •   snom IP Phones’ exceptional value with advanced security features, multiple line appearances, interoperability on IP based and many legacy PBXs, and industry leading IPv6 capability with the new snom8xx series, including the new snom870 touch-screen IP phone and the broadly used snom3xx series. snom also offers its conference room MeetingPoint IP phone and enhanced mobility with the snom m3 DECT.
