The agreement authorizes Technical Communities to offer Norway Labs services at GSA Schedule pricing under GS-35F-0311R. Norway Labs is a woman-owned small business that is celebrating their 10th year in business. They specialize in component level repair of test and measurement (T&M) equipment with an expertise in oscilloscopes. Norway Labs repairs products such as frequency counters, logic analyzers, multi-meters, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, waveform synthesizers, and more. Their engineering staff includes patent holding electrical engineers and technicians averaging over 25 years of experience designing and servicing T&M equipment.
Norway Labs services are under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) managed by Technical Communities, which will provide content, transaction, marketing, sales support, and reporting services around them. Technical Communities also will provide presentation and order processing through the GSA’s e-commerce web site, www.gsaadvantage.gov, and the company’s online marketplaces,www.gsamart.com and www.testmart.com.
