The “Federal Market: Innovation New Entries and A Changing Environment” seminar, took place at Prospect Silicon Valley in San Jose, California, covered the challenges of the procurement process to the competition for innovation.

Peter Ostrow has been with Technical Communities since early 1999. Prior to joining Technical Communities, he worked for Narrowline, a San Francisco-based Internet transaction and research company. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Ostrow held various positions at The New York Times, including managing director for The New York Times Magazine. Mr. Ostrow is an instructor in e-commerce management and a regular speaker at industry conferences focusing on the government marketing and sales experience, as well as technology enabled marketing services for both government-focused marketers and technology marketers looking to increase their lead generation and nurturing activities.
